Thought I would start this section off with a list of finance-related forums, blogs, and sites that I find helpful. Here's the ones I use most:
- r/UKPersonalFinance (UKPF) - the Reddit forum for asking questions about personal finance
- r/BeermoneyUK - I am biased here, but the tips and tricks shared by the community on r/beermoneyuk are often far more helpful than you can find on UKPF or elsewhere on the internet
- Money Saving Expert (MSE) - was once a great resource, and it is still good. But is really just an affiliate driver for Money Supermarket these days.
- Money Saving Expert Forums - better than the MSE site, as everyone can contribute (unless you get banned or silenced).
- Be Clever With Your Cash (another site that has sold out to a larger company)
- Monevator - an investing forum, and widely considered the best for information and recommendations on which platforms to use.
